Short Biography
Dominik Zellhofer completed his Bachelor, Master, and PhD studies in Management at WU Wien in 2023. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as scientific project staff at the research institute for Health Care Management. From 2014 to 2020, he worked as university assistant prae doc at the Interdisciplinary Institute for Management and Organisational Behaviour, where he received his PhD. His PhD thesis addressed information security policies in organizations from a convention theory perspective.
Since 2021, he gives lectures at WU Wien, PLUS and IMC Krems. Since 2012, he works in strategic management consulting. Dominik Zellhofer joined the HRM group at PLUS as Senior Scientist in March 2024.
