Short vita

Aida Kell-Delić has been working as a senior scientist and project employee (EU third-party funded project INDUCATE) since 2019, as a university assistant (doctoral candidate) from 2020 to 2024 and as a university assistant (postdoc) at the Department of Educational Science at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg since 2024. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Science and her Master’s degree in Educational Science – Focus: Heterogeneity in Education at the University of Augsburg (2010-2017). During her studies, she worked as a student and research assistant and tutor at the University of Augsburg (Educational Science) and at the German Youth Institute in Munich (Further education initiative for early childhood education professionals, WiFF). After completing her studies, Aida Kell-Delić was employed as an educator in a youth welfare organisation in Munich (2016-2020).
