Research interest

My research interest is mainly in biocoenosis, symbiotic communities between animals and plants. I find it important to never lose sight of the big picture and to be able to understand and assess the relationships between complex interactions. Currently, my research is subject to the processing of the project “Aushagerung durch Vornutzung: Auswirkungen auf Flora und Fauna ausgewählter FFH Grünlandtypen”.

Employment history

  • 2015 – 2017, 2020: Assistant in the veterinary practice “Pferdepraxis Wallernhof”, Internship several times a year, in Hainfeld, Assistance and collaboration in the practice’s own blood laboratory
  • 2016 – 2021: employment in the parental businesses:
    • Organic agriculture Riesergut, animal health and quality assurance as well as harvesting
    • Turnery Angerer, controlling, logistics, administration, woodworking, wood surface processing, product testing

Education

  • 2023 til now: MSc at the Paris Lodron University Salzburg. Focus: Ecology and Evolution
  • 2016 – 2021: BSc degree at the Paris Lodron University Salzburg. Focus: Ecology and Evolution. Thesis: “The relevance of transitional habitats for biodiversity using the example of Parnassius mnemosyne”
  • 2017: hunting examination according to Salzburg hunting law at the Stegenwald Hunting Center, Tenneck
