You must complete your registration of your dissertation project within two semester (12 months) after enrolling as a PhD candidate. In order to finalize the registration of your PhD Thesis you have to use the online database platform PLUSOnline (PAAV).

It is your own responsibility to send the scientific outline to the Dean’s office in due time. Failure to submit your registration of your dissertation project may result in termination of your enrolment.

Changes regarding the title of the Thesis and the supervisory team require a written application to the Dean’s office.
