ON-SITE SUPPORT

eTutors with expertise in online teaching provide support in the departments and faculties.

They act as local contact persons for lecturers and offer low-threshold and specific support within their own organizational unit.

The eTutors form an on-site helpdesk for lecturers and can be contacted with questions about using the learning platform or lecture hall technology. The aim is to offer quick personal help in the lecturer’s office if the available documents on the intranet do not lead to the desired result or if additional support is required (e.g. help with creating an online exam or creating groups within the course, etc.). The creation of the online course is the responsibility of the lecturers and the eTutors support them in this.

The usual ZFL / ITS Helpdesk is of course there for you as usual.
