Compulsory delivery of media
The Salzburg University Library collects literature from and about Salzburg (Salisburgensien).According to MedienG § 43ff. and PflAV there is a duty to offer and deliver printed works:
- For every printed work and other media work subject to the duty of delivery according to § 43a of the Media Act, which is published or appears in the federal province of Salzburg, the media owner (publisher) must, if the other media work is published and appears abroad, but is produced in one of the federal provinces mentioned below, the producer within one month after the beginning of the distribution or after production, submit the following documents after production to the Austrian National Library and, in addition, to the University Library of Salzburg and the Salzburg Provincial Archives (Library), in each case at their own expense, the number of copies specified below.

- other printed works: 2
