How to get there:
Coming from Hofstallgasse turn right after the Festival Houses (Haus für Mozart) into the Toscaninihof. On the right side stairs lead up the Mönchsberg, directly to the gate of the Edith-Stein- Haus and the Edmundsburg. The entrance of the Edmundsburg is located on the left side of the building (glass door).
Barrier free:
From Toscaninihof walk into the tunnel towards the Mönchsberggarage. After about 50m you will find the entrance to the elevator (glass door, unlocked during office hours) to your left. The elevator takes you directly to the ground floor of the Edmundsburg.
Access via public transport: Busstop Herbert-von-Karajan -Platz (directly at the entrance of Hofstallgasse)
Via Taxi: name the Toscaninihof as destination
Per car: Parking at Altstadtgarage Contipark inside of the Mönchsberg; Entrance at Hildmannplatz 1;
Note: Use Entrance B!
Important for Navigation: do NOT use the address Mönchsberg 2 as a destination for navigation systems! Salzburgs old town is not accessible for regular traffic, you cannot drive up the Mönchsberg.
