Barrierefreiheit: Kurzbeschreibung des BildesThe new Research Report – Yearbook of Science and Application 2013 has arrived!  
In this year‘s issue of the research report we will be exploring new paths. Inspired by the 50th anniversary of the re-establishment of the University of Salzburg in 1962, we venture a bold step forward both thematically and in terms of design.
In doing so, this report showcases the work of many promising young researchers at the University, all of whom have great potential. See for yourself how research groups raise enthusiasm for science & technology among youngsters. Furthermore award winning publications are presented in the context of the Kurt-Zopf-Preis. 
In times of ever-shrinking budgets, however, this is not always an easy task. New approaches are continually being sought to internally and externally support university research. We do hope that we can show all the creativity, complexity and commitment of our scientists presented in the Research Report.
