Research:
As part of my research activities, I deal with central questions of work, organizational and business psychology. The focus is on the impostor phenomenon, in particular its causes and effects on professional practice. In addition, I analyze the effectiveness of different consulting formats – including supervision, coaching and mediation – as instruments of personnel development. Particular attention is paid to their potential contribution to promoting the health and performance of employees in the context of occupational health management.
