Research:
In my research so far, I have primarily dealt with topics related to sleep and regeneration in competitive sports (soccer, ice hockey). Thereby, I collect subjective parameters, e.g. via sleep protocols, as well as objective parameters via actigraphy or heart rate variability (HRV). Further research topics include studies in the field of Evidence-Based Practice of sports psychologists and mountain sports.
