Diana Lucia Hofmann started her doctoral studies in the Department of Political Science at PLUS in 2023. Her master thesis dealt with the topic of nationalist attitudes and their influence on political participation. She is a project collaborator in the FWF project “Populism and Conspiracy in the COVID-19 Pandemic: Linking Discourses and Attitudes in Four European Countries“. She is also an instructor at the Peace Office Salzburg and holds workshops on populism and emotions at schools in Austria. Her main research interests and topics are populism, conspiracy theory mentality, political participation, and voting behaviour.
