PLUS Green Meeting Catalogue
As part of the PLUS Green Campus Initiative, the Green Meeting Catalogue was presented at the University of Salzburg back in 2011. The guide is intended to encourage the organisation of events such as congresses, symposia, seminars or workshops at the University of Salzburg according to ecological criteria. The Green Meeting Catalogue provides practical tips on how to organise an event as sustainably as possible. Many measures can be implemented easily and without much extra effort through thoughtful planning: Environmentally friendly travel recommendations, offering accommodation within walking distance, selecting catering, providing conference documents, communicating with participants and even waste separation.
