How to register

The supplementary study program “Initiative Karrieregestaltung” is a cooperation between the University of Salzburg, the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and the Mozarteum University. You always register for the supplementary courses in the system of your own university – no matter at which university the course is held.

REGISTRATION START and DEADLINE

After registering, you will initially be given a waiting list place on the course. The reason for this is that our courses are also open to students  with costs . Once payment has been received before the deadline, you will be allocated a fixed place. The order in which the fixed places are allocated is determined by the order in which payment is received.

ATTENTION some courses start earlier – please note this when registering.

How the payment works

The deadline for the payment of course fees in the summer semester 2024 is 15.03.2024. If courses start earlier, the fee must be paid at least two days before the start of the course.

The courses are subject to a fee. The costs are calculated per semester hour.  Here are the details.

For 1 Semesterhour: € 30,–
For 1,5 Semesterhours: € 45,–
For 2 Semesterhours: € 60,–

Please note that your bank transfer will only appear in our SAP internal order after 2-3 days. Your course place is then fixed. If you do not pay until the deadline, please send us a confirmation by e-mail immediately.
