When your arrive
What the Welcome Center can do for you when you arrive in Salzburg:
- Pick you up from Salzburg Airport or train station.
- Accompany you to your residence / the university.
- Provide counseling and orientation after your arrival.
- Accompany you to offices of the public authorities.
- Provide support in taking care of the necessary formalities: registration of address, buying health insurance, handling visa matters, opening a bank accout etc.
- Assist you in getting an e-mail address, internet access, library card, university parking permit.
- Answer questions concerning the organisation of your stay in Salzburg.
