November 2012: The research group in economics at the University of Salzburg jointly with the University of Innsbruck and the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) organizes a workshop in ?Empirical Economics?. The program in German can be downloaded here.

October-November 2011: The Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies is established as university-wide research priority progamme. Walter Scherrer and Hannes Winner are elected as members of the Executive Committee. Hannes Winner is also elected as a member of the management of the priority programme.

October 2009: Hannes Winner has been accepted as new member of the “Research Centre International Economics”
(FIW).
