The (English-language) seminar on “Transnational Supply Chains and Domestic Human Rights Litigation” deals with legal questions that arise when human rights abuses in transnational supply chains give rise to domestic law suits.

From 29 July 29 to 30 August, 2019, the Kinderbüro of the University of Salzburg will again offer summer care in the premises of the Faculty of Natural Sciences. Children between the ages of 3 and 10 are looked after by experienced pedagogues.

One of a total of 222 Advanced Grants goes to Austria to sinologist and historian Angela Schottenhammer / University of Salzburg. The prizes, worth up to € 2.5 million, are designed to enable researchers to carry out demanding and high-risk projects.
