Perpetrators & Victims Reconciliation 20 Years after the Rwandan Genocide [Kopie]
On June 12, 2014 more than 30 Austrian students met a group of 18 survivors and perpetrators from the Kibuye district. They are part of the „Healing and Rebuilding our Communities“-program, which was initiated to support communities affected by the genocide.
