In the Footsteps of the Armenian Prisoners-of-War of the Habsburg Empire in the First World War

In the chequered Armenian history, which is marked by genocide, another dark chapter has now been illuminated. The Salzburger Armenologin, Jasmine Dum-Tragut, pursued as the first researcher, traces of 200 Armenian POWs who were imprisoned in the in the camps of k.u.k. Monarchy during World War I; among them in the warehouse in Grödig/Salzburg.

1st International Summer School Plus Green Campus – a Successful Exchange of Knowledge

In July, the first PLUS Green Campus Summer School, in cooperation with the Dutch University of Groningen, took on the theme, “Psychological aspects of sustainability – how to promote pro-environmental behavior”. For Salzburg students, as well as international students the question was whether research results of environmental psychology can be applied specifically in practice.
