Wolfgang Schlager – Scale Invariance of Sediment Patterns –Expression of Fundamental Principles. In 2015, Wolfgang Schlager was awarded the Jean Baptiste Lamarck-Medal of the European Union of Geosciences in recognition of his contributions to the study of marine carbonates (http://www.egu.eu/awards-medals/jean-baptiste-lamarck/2015/wolfgang- Schlager /).
