As part of the Day of Teaching, this year’s awards for outstanding teaching were presented at the University of Salzburg. Among a total of 31 entries, the jury selected four winning courses.

On 30 May in Salzburg, Alain Favey, CEO of Porsche Holding Salzburg, Professor Dr. Heinrich Schmidinger, Rector of the University of Salzburg, and Professor Dr. Manfred Tscheligi, Director of the Center for Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), signed a cooperation agreement.

With the attendance of award-winning young scientists, an extensive program took place on 2 June, as the first NaWi Science Day came to an end. This new event of the Faculty of Natural Sciences puts world-class research at the center and places the focus on comprehensibility; that is to say, Open Science.
