BRI, One Belt and One Road, The new Silk Road. These are all well-known names of one of the largest infrastructure projects of all time, associated with the name of President Xi Jinping like no other project in China. Meanwhile, the first five years of the plan are over. A second international forum on the subject took place in Beijing in April 2019 with the participation of many current and former heads of state, ministers and decision-makers.
