START Prize of over one million euros for young researcher
The bioscientist Elfriede Dall from the Paris Lodron University Salzburg has been awarded the START Prize, Austria’s most prestigious science prize for young researchers. Over the next six years, the prize winner will have 1.2 million euros at her disposal for her excellent research on the cell protein legumain.

The call for the Young Investigators Award 2022 is extended. We invite all doctoral candidates and all PostDocs who have recently completed their PhD to apply by 8 July 2022. We ask dissertation supervisors, heads of departments or DSP colleagues to encourage dissertation candidates to get involved!
