Honorary Doctorate Awarded to Mikis Theodorakis
The Greek composer, writer and politician, Mikis Theodorakis, received an Honorary Doctorate from the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg on 6 June, 2018. The 93-year-old was honored for his outstanding artistic and political achievements with regard to connection and cooperation, “Timeless Music and Transnational Resistance – Fighting Human Rights – Political Education”.
