06 April 2022 | online and in presence: My intent is mostly discuss historical aspects of the birth of globalization process in this lecture, and provide at least a brief introduction to the kind of economic theory that, I believe, demonstrates why archival historians are essential for creation of a (currently non-existent) field that can be thought of as Global Wealth History.
Jacqui Briggs-Prize for Nadice Zwiener-Collins
The article “Decolonising Quantitative Methods Pedagogy: Teaching Contemporary Politics to Challenge Hierarchies from Data” by Dr Nadine Zwiener-Collins and her three co-authors has won the Jacqui Briggs Award for the best paper in the ‘Teaching and Learning’ section of the journal Politics.
International Week 2022 at the PLUS
The International Week 2022 at the PLUS will take place from the 4th to the 8th of April 2022. The events aim to highlight the opportunities for transnational cooperation for researchers and teachers within the CIVIS European University Alliance. The internationalisation officers and Erasmus+ coordinators will share their best practice examples.
