Markus Hinterhäuser, Director of the Salzburg Festival and Thomas Schäfer, Director of the Darmstadt International Music Institute and Director of the Darmstadt Summer Schools – Moderation: David Roesner, Professor of Theater Studies with a focus on Music Theater at the University of Munich.

On 9 April, 2018, Karl-Markus Gauss presented his book “Die Bibliothekarinnen von Renens. Reden” in the Bibliotheksaula of the University Library Salzburg.

How can we intervene artistically, culturally and via the media in visible and invisible rules and norms? How can the current situation of art, politics and economy be questioned? We look for answers to these questions in various workshops. We want to open up new perspectives on our society and create countermovements.
