The 2023-24 cohort of the Double Degree Programme, European Master in Migration Studies (EuMIGS), got together in Salzburg for its kick-off meeting from November 1 to 3.

In its last meeting, the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) approved the project proposal of Dirk Schmidt-Arras from the Cancer Cluster Salzburg and the Department of Biosciences and Medical Biology (PLUS) on the role of acute phase proteins in metastatic niche formation and tumour immunity in the liver with a total amount of about 420,000 EUR.
