Rector Hendrik Lehnert informs on behalf of the Rectorate of the University of Salzburg together with the chair team of the ÖH University of Salzburg, Laura Reppmann, Lara Simonitsch and Manuel Gruber, about the current COVID situation in Salzburg and the next steps at PLUS.

Since the beginning of the winter semester 2021/22, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Simon Oertel has been heading the Strategic Management and Organisation Unit at the Department of Social and Economic Sciences, part of the Faculty of Law here at the PLUS.

Unfortunately, the PCR testing infrastructure in Salzburg is under strain, making it difficult for staff and students to provide the required test evidence. In order to enable more or less regular university operations, supervised antigen tests taken no longer than 24 h ago (e.g. from test streets or pharmacies) will be accepted as an exception from now until the end of this week.
