PLUS Digital Dialogue: Info session on AI in teaching
AI has become an integral part of university teaching and academic work. As a future-oriented university, we want to play an active role in shaping this transformation process and ensure that artificial intelligence has a designated space in our learning environment. In this PLUS Digital Dialogue, together with IT Services and the Department of Flexible Learning, we will be presenting specific AI applications that will be available to us for teaching and training in the winter semester.
Philipp Poyntner wins Hans Abele Prize 2024
Philipp Poyntner (PLUS) wins the Hans Abele Prize 2024 for his dissertation “Essays in Monetary Policy”. Congratulations! Philip joined the PLUS Department of Economics in 2023 after completing his PhD in Economics at the WU WIen.
CIVIS BIP: Participatory Tools for Urban Planning and Management – Presence Phase in Salzburg
From May 27th to 31st, 2024, lecturers and students from CIVIS partner universities visited Paris Lodron University Salzburg as part of a Blended Intensive Program (BIP). These interuniversity courses are characterized by a hybrid model that combines monthly online lectures with a final blocked presence phase.
