Great success for Giorgia Nasi from the CCS research team of Iris Gratz. At its last meeting, the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) decided to fund Giorgia’s project on the role of T cells in immunological cancer defense with more than 310,000 EUR.

Great success for the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg: in the annually published Shanghai Ranking, the university has improved massively compared to the previous year and is now also among the nine top universities in Austria.

As of 1 August 2022, new Austrian Covid-19 regulations no longer require people who have tested positive for Covid-19 but do not show symptoms to quarantine. Instead, they will be required to limit contact with other people for 10 days.
