Jörg Paetzold receives exchange grant to study mobility behavior
Jörg Paetzold (PLUS) receives SNSF Research Exchange Grant to study the effects of free public transport on the mobility behavior of the population.
In a current research project Jörg Paetzold is investigating the extent to which free public transport can help to facilitate a switch from individual transport (e.g. cars) to public transport (e.g. bus or rail). The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) is supporting this study with a research grant, which will enable Jörg Paetzold to present his findings at a symposium at the University of California (Irvine) and to cooperate with the research group based there.
