Course content (327490):
This proseminar offers an introduction to using information transfer/complex system modelling for neural and linguistic data, network analysis for EEG and fMRI data as well as machine learning and data fusion in linguistics and cognitive science. This course encourages the understanding of the theory behind analysis of complex systems, networks and machine learning.Students will acquire the ability to identify appropriate datasets and computational analysis tools for hypothesis testing using behavioural/neural data. In addition students will be able to interpret publications using complex systems, machine learning and network analyses of neural and behavioural data.
