The Court of Justice of the EU underwent a significant reform in October of this year. From then on, the General Court will also be responsible for the examination of preliminary references in certain areas. Judge Kumin will present these novelties, and introduce students to the Court and its role within the EU more in general.

In cooperation with Austrian survey researchers, Wolfgang Aschauer (PLUS), Anja Eder (University of Graz) and Dimitri Prandner (JKU) have published an open access book on the consequences of the pandemic in Austria.
