The Department organises the lecture series Salzburg Mathematics Colloquium (SMC), Open Salzburg Mathematics Colloquium (Open SMC) and guest lectures.Once a year, the Hans Stegbuchner Prize is awarded to outstanding dissertations, master’s and diploma theses in the Department of Mathematics.
