Information on the modules
The degree supplement “Languages” is divided into two modules: the basic module and the advanced module, each worth at least 12 ECTS credits. For each module, the acquisition of communicative language skills in two foreign languages, as taught in our language courses, must be demonstrated.
Basic module “Languages”
For the basic module “Languages”, 2 continuing language courses in two foreign languages worth at least 12 ECTS credits must be successfully completed.
Advanced module “Languages”
The prerequisite for the advanced module is the positive completion of the basic module “Languages”. For the advanced module “Languages”, students must successfully complete continuing language courses in two foreign languages worth at least 12 ECTS credits. These courses must be at a minimum of language level A1+/A2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), whereby proof of corresponding prior knowledge must be provided.
