27 March 2025 | in presence: Welcome to another Language Meetup at the University of Salzburg! We are pleased to invite you to an inspiring multilingual exchange on the topic ‘My place(s), my countries/my country’ on 27 March in the Unipark (1st floor). This language get-together offers you the opportunity to share your enthusiasm for languages with others and to have interesting conversations about places and countries.

The Language Centre is offering an attractive program once again for the coming summer semester with courses in 12 different languages and many courses with a specific language focus, such as academic German and English and Business English. A new addition to the programme is language learning consultation, which is integrated into the course “Learning languages: individual and diverse “. There are also many extras such as the Language Meetup or the Tandem Language Learning Partnership. The course program is available on the Language Center’s homepage. Course brochures are also available at the Language Centre.

The third project meeting took place in Salzburg at the beginning of December 2024.
A total of 15 scientists from the seven participating institutions came together in order to work intensively on a collection of good practice examples for the promotion of multilingualism for teachers in secondary schools and universities. The next steps were also planned.
