Attendance, waiting list, minimum number of participants

• Attendance

  If you signed up for a course, but are unable to attend the first two class meetings please inform the Language Centre’s office or your place in the course will be automatically cancelled. Please note: a minimum of 80% attendance is required for all language centre courses.

• Waiting list

  If the language course of your choice is already fully booked at the time of your registration, you have the option to be placed on the waiting list for that course. You will be informed immediately if a place becomes available for you during the registration period.

• Minimum number of participants

  The Language Centre reserves the right to cancel courses if not enough participants are registered for the course. In this case all course fees paid will be fully refunded.
