Short resume

Mag. Barbara Egger-Schlewitz is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Educational Science (Department of Educational Science, School Research and School Practice) at Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. She studied Spanish and Italian for teaching and worked as a federal teacher at the Herz-Jesu-Missionare private grammar school for 15 years. She teaches German as a foreign language at the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITH) and is responsible for the pedagogical training of international students as part of the “Teacher Training” program at ITH.

Her teaching experience at various educational institutions for adults and students (Puch Urstein University of Applied Sciences, etc.) as well as her work at the ÖZBF (Austrian Center for Gifted Education and Giftedness Research) further compliment her professional background. Barbara Egger-Schlewitz currently teaches in both the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs.
