Short resume
Assoz. Prof. Dr. Andreas Bach is an Associate Professor of Educational Science at the Department of Educational Science at Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. He is Head of the Department of Educational Science, School Research, and School Practice as well as the Center for Practical Pedagogical Studies (ZPPS) for Secondary Level Education. Andreas Bach earned his diploma in cultural studies from the University of Hildesheim in Germany and completed his teaching degree with the first and second “State Exams”. After holding a doctoral scholarship (2011-2013) at the Center for Education and Teaching Research (CeBU) and working as a research assistant at the Institute for Educational Science at the University of Hildesheim, he continued his career as a research assistant at Humboldt University of Berlin and as an academic advisor at the European University of Flensburg. In 2015, he joined Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, where he completed his habilitation in educational science in 2021.
