Department of Systematic Theology
In the Department of Systematic Theology, the discourse of God is carried out from places that belong to the tradition of Catholic theology and constitute a precarious challenge to Christian theology: the Church’s teaching on faith (dogmatics), reason and science (fundamental theology) and other Christian churches and ecclesial communities (ecumenism) and, in all these questions, the present “signs of the times”. The course Religious Studies is also one of the department’s focal points.
