Welcome at Public International Law!

The study subject “Public International Law” is represented in all 3 sections of the diploma studies in law.

  1. Section: International Dimensions of Law: Fundamentals and Methods
  2. Section: 5-hour diploma examination subject International Law
  3. Section: special courses on current topics, such as space law, climate protection, corporate responsibility, etc. and as a subject bundle international law.

In the Bachelor’s and Master’s studies Law and Economics, the courses offered include International Investment Protection and International Economic Law/Law of the WTO.

The staff of the International Law Department conduct various research projects and activities on current topics, such as UN Tort Law, Sustainable Development, Migration and Refugee Law, International Court of Justice, and many more.
