Dr. Markus Ellmer BSc. MSc.

Dr. Markus Ellmer works at TeamEcho in the area of user research and product management. His research focus is on socio-technical dynamics related to the use of digital HRM tools in various organizational contexts.

The main focus of his teaching lies in the field of qualitative methods and digital human resource management.

Since 2018, Dr. Ellmer has taught the course  “Basics and Methods of Empirical Research” and since 2021 the tutorial and lecture course  “Methods in HRM” as well as  “HRM and Digital Technology”.
