Taiwanesisch-Österreichischer Sozialrechtsdialog Am 22. Juli 2024 findet an der Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg der 1. Taiwanesisch-Österreichische Sozialrechtsdialog statt. Dieses wissenschaftliche Symposium, das vom Fachbereich Arbeits- und Wirtschaftsrecht der Universität Salzburg veranstaltet wird und dem Ausbau der internationalen Beziehungen mit seinem taiwanesischen Partner dem Institutum Irisprudentiae Academia Sinica (https://www.iias.sinica.edu.tw/) dient, bringt führende Rechtswissenschaftler:innen aus Taiwan und Österreich zusammen, um die unterschiedlichen Systeme der sozialen Sicherheit in ihren Ländern zu untersuchen und zu vergleichen. Im Fokus stehen dabei neben den strukturellen Unterschieden, auch die Gemeinsamkeiten. Das Dialogformat soll einen tiefgreifenden Austausch über Best-Practice-Modelle und Herausforderungen ermöglichen, um zukunftsweisende Lösungsansätze für beide Sozialrechtsordnungen zu entwickeln.
